We're delighted to present our 85 m2 apartment on the 3rd floor of a quiet, gated residence overlooking the Marseilleveyre hill. Ideally located at 63 avenue de la Pointe Rouge facing the sea, in the 8th arrondissement, our apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Our 2 spacious bedrooms offer comfortable double beds so you can enjoy a peaceful, revitalizing sleep after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob and all the accessories you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is modern with a spacious shower and 2 basins, and you'll also find a separate toilet.
Our apartment is perfect for 4 people or a couple with children who want to discover Marseille and the surrounding area. It's just 600 m from the beach for days of swimming and relaxation. And for sports fans, the Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are just a 15-minute drive away
